the Ryukyoso lodge
The Ryukyoso lodge with hot spring bath located in Shizukuishi-cho, Iwate Prefecture, Japan had been closed for a long time reopened in 2022. The lodge was rebuilt with the image of the old facility built almost seventy years ago in the twentys of the Showa era, and the bathhouse was restored to keep the previous bathhouse as it was.
In addition, we have newly installed in-house power generation facility that utilizes abundant hot spring resource (geothermal power plant), while petroleum and coal are limited fossil energies, geothermal energy is an energy source that emits little carbon dioxide and is expected to be used continually in the future as a renewable energy source here in Japan.
